Raymond Briggs’ magical Christmas story, The Snowman, returns to York this festive season with live music by the Shepherd Brass Band. Experience this iconic animated film on the big screen with Howard Blake’s timeless soundtrack performed by one of Yorkshire’s premier brass bands.

Free tickets for under 5s are available for The Snowman. If you are bringing a child aged 18 months or under who does not need their own seat (a babe in arms), you must book a free Baby Pass Ticket. Free tickets for under 5s and Baby Pass Tickets are not available online and should be booked through the Box Office.

The 2pm showing of The Snowman is a baby-friendly performance designed with young children in mind. The relaxed environment allows for noise and movement in the auditorium and for audience members to re-enter if they need a timeout during the show.
