Gamelan Sekar Petak's student and community ensembles present a relaxed performance in the spectacular setting of York’s fifteenth-century Guildhall. Join them for a spirited celebration of local and global culture, both old and new, featuring refined repertoire from the Central Javanese karawitan tradition, upbeat songs in the popular dangdut style and new music by York-based composers.
